8th Grade Scholarships

LMS Awarded four scholarships to 8th Graders to use upon graduation! These students are already lending themselves toward success after graduation. The Brenda Campbell Memorial $200 Scholarship was awarded to Charles Wortham and is in honor of Brenda Campbell, who taught at Levelland Junior High for many years. The Ray Kroc Outstanding Student Award is given by Mr. Bill Cohen and McDonald's to Leilani Sanchez for her citizenship, leadership, scholarship, and sportsmanship. The David Hendrickson Outstanding Student $200 Scholarship was given to Ethan Parkinson for his grades, character, service attendance, attitude, and discipline. Assistant LMS Principal Laurie Jones gave the Steven Barker Memorial $300 Scholarship to Max Chapa in memory of her brother who recently passed. Congratulations to these four great leaders who are getting a head start!
