Students Tour TTU!

LMS Counselor Sommer Coats took students interested in becoming health Professionals after LHS Graduation on a Texas Tech Health Sciences Field Trip! Mrs. Coats says, "This was one of the coolest field trips I have ever experienced! Texas Tech really outdid themselves in the Health Science Center! We learned CPR, how to extract DNA from a strawberry, how to pick what meds work with what symptoms, what the nurse's role is when a trauma comes in, to how to help brain trauma patients recover! This literally made my day to spend the morning with some incredible kids! They represented Levelland Middle School and our District with excellence while learning for their future!"
