Professional ExperienceFamily InformationPersonal Information

Educational History:

I graduated from Midland Lee High School in Midland, Texas.

I went on to Midland Junior College for 2 years, and then got my Bachelor of Science in Education from Lubbock Christian College in 1982.  I am certified to teach all levels elementary-any subject for grades 1-8.  I also have secondary certification in Math and English.

Professional Development:

I have attended 8 days of inservice this summer at Region 17 Service Center.  I am a part of The Texas Math Collaborative Grant Program at Region 17 and attended a five day summer institute just for that.  I will be attending several days of inservice throughout the school year as a part of the requirements for the grant.  It is a WONDERFUL learning experience to be a part of this program.

Also this summer I attended CAMT, which is the Council for Advancement of Mathematics Teachers, state conference in Fort Worth, Texas.  It was a very intensive 3 day conference where I learned so many ideas that I will be incorporating this year in my classroom as well.
